mindfulness workshop
This experience will give travelers and locals the opportunity to take a break and reflect in a positive way.
To start our day, we will meet at a local coffeehouse where you will receive your activity guide with some thoughtful, self reflection questions and a small gift for taking this time for yourself. Choice of beverage is included. We will then take a walk to a nearby park where we will participate in a variety of mindful activities that include a breathing exercise, gratitude practice, very light stretching and a quick guided meditation. If the weather is not ideal, we will meet at a cozy studio space nearby. Afterwards, you will dive into your activity guide. We can share our discoveries if we feel so inclined but this experience is about you so you certainly don't have to.
Topics will include things that we all too often don't give ourselves the time to reflect on. Dreams, desires, values, accomplishments...you get the gist.

I was the co-founder of Branch Out, a monthly meet up group in the States designed to help people discover what ignites their soul. We hosted monthly events to explore the local community combined with activities that encouraged us to explore ourselves a little deeper as well.
It has always been my intention to encourage others with the benefits of reflection and self care to create a healthier, bolder lifestyle. This can be done through meditation, yoga, dance, mindful eating practices, writing prompts and self care routines.
